Publish, drafts, private, and holds

• Draft (unpublished), only you and other editors can see it.
• Private, owner/instructor only, even hidden from brand admins.
• On hold, a course flagged with a hold reason can't be published until you clear the hold (use this for content that still needs vetting).

Toggle publish per course from /teach (click the status pill), or in bulk by selecting several courses and choosing Publish / Unpublish.
